The MisFitted brand, much like any other, originated on a small scale, offering only a handful of items. Over the years, efforts have been directed towards expanding MisFitted, introducing new products and collections that quickly gained popularity, especially in 2020 and 2021.

In 2022, a significant step was taken—transitioning from a 9-5 job to dedicating full-time attention to running MisFitted.

Since then, a strong emphasis has been placed on personal growth, health, and maximizing the opportunities life presents. This shift also meant that other passions, which initially laid the foundation for MisFitted, took a backseat.

Comparing the mindset and energy in 2018 to the present, there's an inherent desire to support others, particularly young individuals, in optimizing their lives, pursuing dreams, and stepping out of their comfort zones.

WHY 66 YOU ASK ?

Because it takes an average of 66 days to form a new habit.



THE GAME PLAN

⏰ RULE N°1 : WAKE UP BEFORE 7AM
Avoid hitting the snooze button and reaching for your phone immediately upon waking. It's crucial to steer clear of screens and distractions right after getting up to prevent disruptions in your sleep pattern, leading to increased stress and reduced productivity throughout the day. While it's not mandatory to rise at 6 AM on weekends, the goal is not to linger in bed until 11 AM either. Strive to wake up early and aim for 7-8 hours of sleep whenever possible.

🏋 RULE N°2 : PHYSICALLY ACTIVE FOR 45M/DAY
If you're already hitting the gym or going for runs a few times a week, maintain that consistency. When beginning, it's not and advisable to work out every single day. That's why incorporating a walk on your off-days is always a good idea.

🤳 RULE N°3 : SCREEN-TIME BELOW 2H/DAY
Surprise! You don't have to be constantly aware of what the people you follow are doing 24/7. In the grand scheme of things, it won't significantly affect your life. Keep it minimal—excessive scrolling on TikTok is recognized for undermining focus and potentially impacting your mental well-being negatively.

🥗RULE N°4 : HEALTHY DIET
This is a no brainer. Reduce your sugar intake—no sodas or energy drinks (they're addictive and can disrupt sleep). Cut back on processed foods and aim to cook more meals at home so you're aware of what you're eating. Ensure you drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily; it's crucial for optimal brain and body function.

📖 RULE N°5 : READ 10MIN/DAY + MEDITATE 5MIN/DAY
You’re right, learning doesn’t stop after school. Devote a minimum of 10 minutes daily to learning a new skill. Reading is an excellent remedy for restoring your focus. While meditation may initially seem dull and pointless, it significantly enhances your focus, especially if you tend to overthink; meditation helps realign your thoughts.

🧠 RULE N°6 : FOCUS WORK FOR 2H/DAY
No matter if you’re studying or working, do at least 2h of work per day with NO distraction. Phone out of reach and on silent. If you need music to focus, ditch Harry Styles and go for binaural beats (there’s plenty on YouTube)

RULE N°X : COLD EXPOSURE FOR AT LEAST 1MIN/DAY
Cold plunges in an ice bath might not be for everyone, but you can still experience benefits by turning your shower cold for at least 1 minute. Cold showers have shown potential advantages, including boosting immune function, reducing inflammation, increasing testosterone levels, enhancing mood and mental clarity, and improving skin and hair health, among other perks.
